The other options didn't specify if you quit or not, I personally selected one of the level options instead, and haven't quit, after reading through the thread - There are others that did the same.

So the best way to do this is assume that 50/50 did / didn't, and leave the statistics (Yes / No) as they are. 29.19 Yes - 52.63 No, which is a decent comparison for a new MMO barely a month old, if you play MMO's enough, you'll notice that by this time it SHOULD be 50/50 - RIFT dropped slowly, but dramatically (I was in the beta for this, so first-hand experience Mr. Politics and debating king), AION also had a much higher retention rate.

So to be honest, your argument is completely invalid if the statistics you chose to use were completely false, the fact you curbed them in your favor also makes you less believable due to you being a "bender of the truth" or a "liar".

You really can't see that SWTOR looks way better than Jedi Outcast? I thought Jedi Outcast looked amazing back then and when I think about it I still remember that, but it's not even close to SWTOR. SWTORs less realistic art style is the only reason people say it doesn't have good graphics.

Frankly I'm stoked that the graphics aren't making me spend $500 for a new video card.

I'm not saying SWTOR doesn't look better; but for a 10 YEAR difference in release dates swtor isn't really all that much better looking

I know you didn't, but I think it does look significantly better. Jedi Outcast has that blocky, rounded edges look that games had then. SWTOR is actually really clean, and Bioware chose the art style for a reason. Bioware has made amazing looking games (ME2 for instance). You don't see any succesful great looking MMOs

Screen size has nothing to do with the quality of screen shots.

But web hosting does, but the game still looks sub par for q4 2011, if high resolution textures was not removed before release they would at least be "adequate."



My statistics are not false, on a short poll lasting 2 hours on the very swtor forums the game got about a 55% for what players liked in the game vs what they disliked.

Server loads have been on the decline, even after the 1 month free cutoff.

And this poll is still accurate, as you may see by actually reading people have come is saying the opposite of what you said. They voted NO but since they they have quit.

So good try.
