And you still don't realize Shi-Cho is a small server

Go on my server and you'll be quiet really fast!

I'd give this game 6/7 maybe, but that might be a bit generous since I like the wow-like gameplay anyway :P

Good things:

Class quests, brings some story and feel alot better than the generic quests in most mmo-games. The voice acting also helps keep it fresh.
companions. I like them, alot of classes/specs dont function well soloing in alot of MMO-games and this helps those classes out quite a bit. (you roll a tank, bring a DPS companion so you can actually kill stuff in a reasonable amount of time, etc.)

Bad things:
General bugs/unresponsiveness, from personal experience some channeled abilities (i.e. Master Strike on Guardian) can do the full animation, without doing any damage, or triggering a cooldown. (this also seems to make them uninterruptable, so if you notice the ability does nothing, you still need to finish casting it)
Some parts of the game just seems to not be finished either. for instance I tried to get the +10 stats datacron on the republic fleet, but when using the "grappling gun" you need to get up to certain places I just got ported back down ( same for my friends), we tried this for about 15min, then gave up.

PVP:
I don't know how the server-client interaction works, but for some reason in pvp the lag seems to get out of hand sometimes, for instance after using my leap ability on an enemy, which roots them for 3 seconds I can still miss my aoe ability(melee range aoe) which I use directly after landing (while they are still rooted).

General:
Havent done any PvE on 50, just the lvl 49 flashpoint, thought the bossfights were pretty good, but nothing extraordinary either.

I found ripotse even worse for that.

However master strike when speccd to root works only 1/3 of the time.

The story lines are better then any other mmo, the cut scene voice acting is great for the amount of voice acting there is. Plus bioware is actually trying to fix the problems as quickly as possible. It was adopted by a bigger company who forced a early release to hit before the holidays, and they werent ready for it. They will admit it but you cant judge a game on its release. WoW was shit when it first came out, look what it grew too at its peak. Guild wars 2 will be shit at release as well, but if the development team sticks with it and they fix the problems it will get better.

This right here is a major problem. People compare things to the past, and say "Oh, it's exactly like this was back in 2004". That's a horrible way to think. Games should run *Smoother* than back in 2004, and companies should be able to advance at how well a game is released, not "Strive to be just like *Insert Game Title*".

I actually disagree with this.

Games should look better, but not inherently run smoother upon release with a newer release date.

There were not 1.5 million people playing beta concurrently, there is only so much beta testers can find.

Also graphical malfunctions and issues are more tied with the fact that there are a thousand and one revisions and models of graphics cards now.

Not everyone is running off a evga 460 nvidia card.

As much as I like the game, I have to admit that GEZ has more valid points than Caedus. I am not saying that you're wrong Caedus but you're just spitting out things without proof. And as much as I hate to admit all the bad things about this game GEZ is right, but that wont change my opinion about the game at all.

He's not right and it's clear he's not and it's laughable he can't fight his own battles (But not shocking). That's what he gets for raging like a child and trying to tell me his light populated server is an indication of how many people playing.

That's just deplorable, you tell someone else they are wrong for noticing the flaws in the game but still liking it just because they decide to look at the facts proven, not the facts unproven.

How is this proving me wrong.

If this continues for even 1 more week concurrent players will only be at 60%.

Meaning likely that there will be at best 1.2 million subscribers for the first month, mostly people that still have not hit level cap and realized how bad this game is, for what it is.

This is taking into account new people every day are buying the game and current players are quitting because of the fact a game with over a 200 million dollar budget could only do voice acting to one up World of Warcraft.
