this isnt wow. xplay weekly just gave this game 5/5 stars.
main complaints are bulky UI, few random bugs here and there none that affect gameplay enough to care about.
but the key thing to note is how questing really draws you into the storyline.

patches have largely been focused on bug fixes and only recently have they patched in more endgame content.
SO far i find the endgame rather easy. i full cleared EV first time in and 2nd time did all but the last boss on HM first try.
if you have a fair amount of wow raid experience and are smart enough not stand in basic mechanics it is easy

this is a wow-clone (the devs know it, everyone whonks it)

WoW was voted game of the year or decade I'm pretty sure atleast MMO of the year many times

the thing is

SWTOR = Vanilla WoW and that's just stupid because how can you compete with modern day WoW considering that SWTOR = like 6 year old WoW

the combat is clunky as hell
the PvP modes are stupid (hutball lol)
the PvP isn't competitive
PvP is NOWHERE near balanced

ALL THIS GAME HAS GOING FOR IT is the story and questing I guess

it's a decent game compared to what's out in the market, and it's new, and its starwars

SWTOR, like Aion and many other wow clones or wow "destroyers" will die soon, not to mention D3 will be coming out followed by Gw2

This is why you are a moron. Aion, which has 3mil subs and a dominant position in the eastern market, will "die" like a "wow killer".

Gtfo. Clueless as fuck.

Anyhow.

SWTOR isbasically WoW in space. The game is a glorified single player. If you like starcraft lore you'll be cumming buckets for months as you play through it... IF not, well the endgame is shit, the pvp is shit, theres no real USP other than the voice acting, and the 'unique' aspects like space combat is really just a rail shooter on par with old n64 games.

If you're enjoying wow, stick with wow. IF you are bored with wow ONLY because the story is getting dull, you'll probably like swtor. IF you dont want another game thats very similar to wow, and wont be swayed by the IP alone, you'd be better saving your money.

Not to mention they have handled bugs/exploits very poorly so far. Such as no rollbacks after the pvp got completely fucked up.

Would you recommend the game? Do think the bugs will be patched?
What was star craft like? You say single player ..? What does that mean in an mmo game?
Is it like wow's single player when you just quest like you level on your own?
