is it against d2jsp rules to buy cartel coins? if it IS NOT against any rules I would like to buy some cartel coins because I can buy expansion that way? im tired of being restricted my bro is tryingt to give me all these purple items and i cant plus i cant get past lvl 50 without buying it

I'll pm you with details about this and no you cannot trade cartel coins on here since the only way you can get them is through real money there is a small way around it I'll go into detail once I'm at my pc and edit this

you cant trade cartel coins since there untradable atm and in order to purchase it for someone you will have to log on and use your banking info which is real risky for d2jsp and you the buyer and or seller

as for purple items ( artifact ) ive been subbed for ever but when i went back to even prefered i noticed that i still couldnt use them.

as for the expansion you should just subb since your gonna by cartels anyways and check into it i could be wrong on all this but i think the expansion is completly free for subbed member, plus rumor of a level 60 boost, new crafting setup
ect

also i think level cap is 60 the expansion yes i think you will need in order to get to level 65
