we also tried this boss alot cuz of this bug
and well, you need to complete each phase on south before north

so each wave, complete south first

Vouch South Pylon first

We had this issue and solving the south pylon first each time has never had it bug for us

NM I was and actually we cant click the pylons and we couldnt reset and stuff after the bug first appeared

Next time you got problems - go to official forums, many bugs have a way around in there, and you can search on forums :)
