And in Canada we are used to caps, as my package is 24 MB/s with a 65 gb cap. There si a cap to overage charges though, of 30$.

/e I do not really see heavy limits on american isps any time soon.... only reason its bad in canadai s because we have 2 ISPS that are worth a damn.
