ive died mostly on elites or the one above it... can't remember the name. I've found a few normal rare spawns that are the highest tier and only killed 1, never bother trying to get a group for them, they aren't too amazing.

well the fact that most people who post here have played D2 for a long time there use to being able to beat the whole game in a matter of hours and being able to auto hell with juvs

Lol yeah EQ was brutal.
I went back to play Project 1999 for a bit then realized how hard it is compared to games today and how dumbed down games have gotten.

Any MMO today is like EQ-ezmode.

Nothing wrong with discussing it. I usually feel annoyed when I die in PvE situations, because it usually means something went wrong. Whether it was me, the game, or someone else's fault. I don't drag on about it, but still.

i guess its from back in the day when i played D2 like someone mentioned. played hardcore and that was intense sometimes, especially teleing hell baal runs after a ladder reset with basically no gear :)
