do the items i receive in my mailbox go out to every new character thats made?

yeah, personally i dont think CE is worth it though. not really any in game benefits

u get some badass real life items as well, u also get a bunch of in game items that i would love to have

if your single maybe if would be cool i guess. in game items dont seem that impressive to me..flare gun, dancing lady, little robot, and some non combat clothing?

Thats a stupid thing to say. Like someone else, your house must be pretty bland if you think a 12 inch statue is weird.
