Selling "Former Emperor" title achievement.


Requires me to be on your account.
Requires 3-7 days of waiting.
Character must be no higher level than 30, and no less than 11.
Must have enough skill points to complete a build.
Must have Sets for every level bracket. usually (level 11 gear, lvl 16 gear, level 21 gear. etc)
Must have 150k AP on another char, (to buy repair/siege material)
