Things like crowns,gold or items.
Not sure what else it could be....

Gold, crown store items and powerleveling on d2jsp mostly. With crown store items being rarer. Crowns cannot be directly traded/gifted to you but you can get an item "gifted" to you by another player with the crowns.

Is that anything I can get in the store with crowns or is it limited to certain items?

You can get anything EXCEPT items that are restricted to "ESO Plus" members only. (Rare)
Usually ESO Plus members only get special sales, not exclusive items.

I'm confused by the questions, do you play the game or are thinking about getting the game?

I bought it forever ago..never played just turned on and seen what the scene was and wondered how easily I could obtain pets and other things in crown store
