My advice would be to stick with it. It took me a while to get into the game. I barely played for the first year, but stuck with it, and now its been my favorite game for the last year and a half.

yea, im able to play guild wars 2 now and already have experience with it so i doubt im even going to try eso again lol

when I played eso on ps4 I was in rural area and couldn't download on pc, however i could download on ps4 oddly enough lol

Weird, well thats fair i suppose, but hey, i think you should still stick with it, or at least keep your account. It wont expire and you already bought the game lol, might as well keep the account in case you do want to come back and then you'll have to start over lol. But to each their own!
