what class / race do i choose that ill enjoy and look sexy
i spend more time deciding what class to make than actually playing

Templar tank is pretty fun for pve.

Do you plan on mostly playing pvp (cyrodiil, battlegrounds) or pve (dungeons, trials, etc.)?

Templar is a pretty fun class all around, probably my favorite overall.
But no class is really better than any other. Once you decide on a class, then decide a race because some races have betternpassives for certain classes. Argonians are pretty tanky, lots of health and healing based passives, dark elf is really nice for fire damage and magicka classes. Theres alot to go over really. I recommend using https://alcasthq.com for your build, he is very in-depth and has alot of knowledge on his site.

I am a Templar Tank as my main pve class. Enjoy going dungeons trials etc.

I pvp with a nightblade. that is also another fun class to play

i just think argonians look awful

You dont have to go Argonian, they are just the most tanky class i think.
Dark Elf is another strong choice for Templar Tank, or Mag DK

Most classes have a best race, but realistically you can go with any race for any class, just some are definitely better than others.
