No level cap.

You can put perks in multiple paths, if you want to be a sword wielding mage, or a bow wielding cleric, go for it. Slower to peak but still very doable.

My advice, especially if it's your first playthrough - stay away from guides, videos, forums, wikia, etc, unless you are truly stuck. You only get one blind run, and it's truly a memorable experience.

I don't know about the new special edition, he is talking about SKYRIM, not ESO, but in the o.g version the level cap was 81 1/2.

There has been no cap since Dragonborn DLC.
At lvl 255 you will have all the perks maxed.

Google will confirm this.
