Is it worth it? I mean, is it hard like TBC and WOTLK in WoW or is it a faceroll vs dummy?

I'm having troubles with my tank versus quest bosses, meanwhile my sorca outshines anything that is put in front of her.

Dungeons aka raids however is hard and not just plain simple
Lots of lore in the game to begin with
