Wayrest does nothing anymore. Need a way to get my lvl 33 dk to vet ranks other than doing quests all day long. This is not my first char (as I know most people will say to play the story). Any suggestions are appreciated. If questing is the best then let me know, but looking for other options/opinions.

you can do quests in Cyrodiil. its better than normal questing. and after lvl 10 you are nearly undyable there with 30k+ life and 18k+ res

btw. make you a set with +exp on each item - at blue you get 8% each - additional in Cyrodiil you should take a campaign where your alliance is leader -> more exp+

Quests are best way. Doesn't matter if you are in pvp or pve.

Exploration trait only good if you have ally of locations to find still. Otherwise it's useless

Grinding would be the next best thing. You can google the right grinding spots for your alliance.

Also exp scrolls and potions help out tremendously.
