You'll probably get best results going to guild traders in the major cities and limiting your search to provisioning recipes. Start from the cheapest and work your way up. After about 2 or 3 traders, you'll USUALLY find the recipe you're looking for, as long as you're searching for green ones.

Been doing that for a while with no luck hence why im posting here.
