hey guys i wanna build a magicka dps character with heavy armor...

so now im thinking what sets gives spell power that can be crafted ? and what heavy armor sets gives spell power that can be found in vr14 ?

You can craft any set item with light medium or heavy. Thinking magnus torugs or seducers to name a few

there are no sets made (find sets) that really push spell power on heavy armor, What type of Character did you end up making. 99% of dps magicka stuff is all light armor, because all the buffs you get, + all the sets for light armor are spell damage. if that makes sense.

4-piece Magnus (armor), 2-piece torugs (armor+weapon), 2-piece monster helm

Throw Magnus up to 5 if you don't have monster helm and try to get healers 4 piece (with neck and rings)

Actually the elfs bane set is a good one you might want to look into its from pvp can be pricey oh and storm knights as well has 2x spell damage on it as well believe it's from trials
