I made a sorc and not sure what is best dark magic skill and destruction magic skill is for dps. I also have the summons of course. just not sure on the other skills worth getting.

Crystal fragment will be your best dps and in daedric skill tree. Pick up daedric curse(think thats the name of it)

use the destruction staff skill line theres a dps combo 1 shots almost anything u can do needs fire staff theres a passive that increase heavy attack dmg and also another one that shortens the time to do a heavy attack
force pulse and daedric curse with mages wraith is gg combo dont use summons useless also in the mages skill tree line ( if u dont got that skill line you unlock it by going to mages guild)
theres an ability that ups your spell critical very usefull
also the ultimate metor in mages guild u want it deals 10k damage and leaves fire after for 1k dmg per sec
i got a gg pvp mage up ^_^

Also use light splash in lighting skill line upgrade it to liquid lighting it does like 10k aoe dmg over 10 secs
i deal alot of damage in dungeons to bosses and mini bosses
only bad thing is everything will argo you because u do high damage
theres no such thing as best skill just certain ways to get out high dps fast

give recovery in combat
spell pen
spell critcal
items u wanna go for while leveling up is
max mana -armor
fire staffs - spell pen buff or spell and armor resist buff
ammy/rings spell damage or spell crit with second enchant with max mana
my sorc has 21k mana 10k life 10k stamina
/e use light armor only most the ones that give max mana u can use med armor some good passives u can get but light armor passives give high spell crit and pen i think i got like 1k spell crit
