i don't see why people want their chars being weaker but hey, it's a free world.
Most stamina base build will want to pick up werewolf, you dont take the extra damage while in human form.
You do get the 15% stam regen in passive! Which is why most stam build will take up werewolf but not use werewolf form.
Vampire are weak the 40%extra fire damage taken is always on, the way some people mitigate most of the damage is through champion point and a nice gold ammy with fire resist.
Upside is Vampire has a nice Ult. and mist. But vampire IMO is pretty bad for PVE, in pvp some class will utilize elusive mist and swarm. But might not be worth till you have good amount of champion points.
