if u want pure spell power build with some recovery here u go

4x martial knowledge
2x adrotisness ( Neck and 1 other )
2x Cyrodiil rings
3x Seducer

depends, I see Dunmer DK's using the Suns set for +dmg.

For a pure magicka build, as listed, the spell power build VeryUnknown posted is pretty good.

Also a pure Aether set adds a lot of +spell crit but is a bit more difficult to get.
