No you cant trade AP straight to a player but you can buy a container and trade it to me
Steps to getting the Container
#1 When you go to the PvP vendor section in Cyrodiil go to the Magus Seller
#2 Scroll down to the bottom and look for the Unfathomable Accessory VR14
#3 Buy Unfathomable Accessory VR14 for 6,400 AP pts
#4 Trade me the Unfathomable Accessory VR14 Container for 600 in game Gold
