Not many players were impressed with the new patch in regards to changes in vet xp leveling so there might be some changes in the near future.
Although the guide I linked mainly focuses on grinding certain mobs in their respective faction, I still recommend players to do quests for not only the decent xp you get, but also the skill points that come with some of them.
