can you us ingame items or ingame gold to trade to someone to buy a subscription for eso?

not really, unless you can find someone that'd do that, but beware scammers.

I mean you could sell gold or w/e and then use that money for your sub fee.

Yeah you get a copy of the game and then you gotta create an account and that account that you link with the game gets a free month. You can use any account on the game key, but game key will only run 1 at a time.

Idk its just like normal video games...
