if i had a copy of skyrim installed and bought the legendary pack would the original cd key and the new key be on the steam account?
and i remove the first skyrim version and cd key from my steam account?

if you bought it on steam, it should be there unless you removed it.

it will show up in steam as

random game
Skyrim
Skyrim: Legendary Edition
random game
xxxx


or something along those lines. Imagine buying the games on CD. You have a copy of skyrim, and then you went and bought the whole game again with all its content.

so could i take off the old version and give to a friend?
