I want to get the 40k horse ASAP. Haven't played since launch and caves were the way I made money but I heard they're nerfed now

What does that mean in English. I'm new to eso so I don't understand

Kill a bunch of dudes and loot them, then sell them to vendors/players, or go in a building with a lot of cabinets and backpacks and stuff, open it all, log out, log in, open it all again. Sell recipes you come across to players.

Or quest. If you do quests efficiently they give very nice amounts of gold.
