lots of fixes, not a lot of changes. Pretty satisfied with this for now.

Impulse looks to have been nerfed. I can't spam that as much anymore :P

It's nice that they gave back the skill points to the players that invested in skills that got nerfed, just in case they no longer want to use those skills after they got nerfed.

should just add a bigger casting time really. Its a fine skill but counterplay should be able to happen. Interrupt casting should actually be a thing.

Only Dragonknights need nerfing.
