soon with the craglorn patch the hireling bug which is the main producer of legendary mats is going to be fixed, if anyone is looking to make some easy gold i suggest buying and stacking some wax/alloys/rosins and start selling them about 2-3 weeks after craglorn.

It's not a bug. When opening the hireling chests, it would give you materials based on the character that opened it, regardless of where it was received.
So you could leave them in your mail and open them all on your main for a chance at better materials.
If it was a bug they would've easily rectified that, instead they're changing it so you receive the item(s) instead of the chest to get rid of the skill point check.
Should've left it alone. But this is just another typical knee jerk fix.

Zenimax doesn't fix anything. They just duck tape.
