I was playing the other night and I got to the end of Grahtwood where you go to The Orrery with the queen and do some stuff and fight some guys (I wont spoil it).

At the end of the dialog you can accept a quest to meet a guy in the next zone (Greenshade?), but my connection was being really funny and I couldn't accept it.

I relogged and she had a new quest arrow over her head, but I still couldnt accept it. I finally gave up and went to bed. The next day I log in and I'm stuck outside of The Orrery and I can't get back in. I don't have a quest to abandon and start over, because I finished one but just was not able to accept the new one.

I submitted a ticket and they sent me a standard boilerplate response like "try /camp" or "log out and back in"

I tried to reply and it kicked the email back.

What can I do? I'm stuck in this zone and cant progress on the main quest. Any tips?

Maybe go find the guy you're supposed to meet and see if you can pick it up from him without talking to the queen.

yeah i think this is my best bet. I've been looking for him.



no i'm just resurrected outside of the cave. its not a bugged zone, its just that I can't get inside. I guess because I don't have a quest that takes me in there.

It appears that, even if you are unable to return to the Orrery - the quest is completed, and now the instance is closed to you - there is an alternative way to pick up the next quest which Queen Ayrenn attempted to supply to you.

Though the Queen herself was unresponsive - no doubt lost in thought, and who could blame her after what she'd just witnessed? Deception at every angle, and from her own brother, for shame - she has authorized someone she still trusts implicitly to divulge the details of the next quest.

Head for Marbruk, and find Razum-Dar, as faithful an ally as Naemon was false. Razum-Dar has the details of the very same quest that Queen Ayrenn was supposed to give you; we apologize for her distraction, and hope you will continue as a true soldier of the Dominion.

This quest is called 'The Staff of Magnus', and is the exact same one that Ayrenn had. You will lose out on nothing by just heading directly to Marbruk!
