Is every imperial horse named "Diamond"? What is the light horses name?

Yes all Imperial horses are named Diamond.

I never bought any other horse, so don't know the names of others.

I would guess that all other horses have random names, or at least different names for each type of horse.

The 10 capacity horse (Draft Horse) - Mine is named Chomps
