"The Racer" quest giver is Firtoril in Skywatch ( AD )

The frog race? That's been disabled for the time being. Zenimax disabled it and said they'd bring it back in a future patch, it was causing a lot of problems I guess.

I know this is much to ask, but can you provide proof? I am a completionist and I need to complete this quest. I'm not saying I don't believe you though.

E: Are you going through a strategy guide or something? How do you know what quests you have not got? You going One by One off a website?

You don't feel linear doing that? You have no exploration or sense of discovery force feeding yourself like that. I couldn't do that, I like letting the quests come to me and so far have gotten the max quest achievement in each zone, though I've discovered additional quests even after getting each zones quest achievement.

Hey, that's your style though I guess, to each his own.

I like to complete quests in order they should be completed. This guide does that and has 100% of quests in every area ( at least for AD ) and is missing none.
