im lvl 8 were is the best place to lvl up? or get quests from? ive seemed to wonder a little out of my place im doing like lvl 12 quests some are way 2 hard ive done a few though

You missed the starting zone, you should take a quest and it will send you to a small island, you then go back to the area you start in (after prison, which usually is skipped) and you are level 6-7, much easier

Make sure you try to do all the quests
