playing a templar with destruction staff like pryda. my impulse sucks @ level 30 all points into magicka

So what should I do for pve? I want dps aoe setup. What Race/Class/Weapon/Skills

Sorc is horrible at aoe.

The best class for burst is Templar.
The best class for AoE is Dunmer Dragonknight.

Dunmer Dragonknight
Resto staff or Fire staff

Fyi after you hit max level AoE doesn't mean anything.
