Nope with all my overtime, server maintenance, ISP issues, I'm just sitting @ 50. The way it sounds a lot of veteran quests are broken blocking progression anyways.

Nope. Everything works.
The problem is the lvl 50 main story quest that gets you to the veteran zones.
