Havnt played ESO yet today, go to log on, and saying my password is incorect. I tried all other passwords that it could possibly be, none of it worked.

So ofcourse I tried to have it sent to my email. But now I am not getting that either.... the wait time for customer service is greater then one hour.... anyone else having this problem?

ok, yeah now that I think about it, its dumb, but I think I might have forgotten my password even. Like maybe I switched and cant remember to what.

I am just worried though cause usualy password reset is instant-couple minuets max... its been over a hour and nothing. I put in a ticket, and im STILL waiting for them to call me. Just to get my password reset...

The game is fun, but if this issue dont get resolved soon ima just quit

Did you set up your subscription after the grace period was over? it will give an error that your information is wrong if you didn't.

I did this and I still had this problem. I had my bro try to login to my account on his comp and success. Then I was able to log into mine. But unfortunately after that he got the same error on his account . Try reseting your IP address. As this I think was the issue I had.
