I just don't understand Resto Staff #2 Skill*



It NEVER works on the 2 people I want it to work on. Also whats best morph for this skill?

Hey mate

Its because its a skill that goes over time. (The 20 sec), so if your ally already is affected, they are the lowest priority

I cant choose targets

No its random But if your in a Group with 2 others (a dk and sorc) and you use it, and it hit you and the dk, then if you use it Again, the sorc will be affected 100% and then the last person is random
