its not gonna start till maybe the next upgrade i read. only guildes out is mages and fighters. vamp and werewolf is in a patch or two.

It's already out, the issue is (At least for werewolves) they are in a high lvl area and after they bite you, you will get a quest to fully transform or cure the disease.
