so without reading i opened all the treasure maps that came with the pre order, now my inventory is nearly full off treasure maps alone.
can i drop these and still open the chests just using google to find them? or do i have to have the map in my inventory?
they're just a waste of space right now as i can't even access the areas where 95% of them are located

I think you have to have the maps with you, but I could be wrong.

You can deposit them in your bank!
