Is it possible to miss an achievement and never be able to get it again? (ELDER SCROLLS ONLINE). Link proof.

When I play a MMO I aim to complete everything and if its not possible I don't bother with the game. I classify it as a broken game like TERA etc.

in ESO, I think the CE gets special quests and stuff. So if you don't get CE it's possible to miss out on that stuff.
