It depends on what you expect or what you're looking for I think.
For me it's also looking pretty good. I like the feel of the combat, the nicely finished UI, game seems deep, some nice ideas, and world PvP looks promising. It really feels like playing a single player Elder Scrolls, which I think is great that they managed to get close to that. I'm not really looking to group up with other players until endgame. As an MMO I think it's impressive that they managed to give it a different feel than all the standard WoW copies, and it has a high production value.
I'm looking at it more from the perspective of: This will be a great RPG to play on PS4. The MMO/endgame part is just a possible added bonus to me. If it turns out to suck I'll just treat it as a single player game, finish it once, and not look back.
