Tried selling a key to someone and he replied with this:

''i'll get it off someone else. the key is useless without the invite. the invite has the link to the client. i cant do anything with just the key.''

So how do I trade a key then?

Now he ignores my posts.

The keyis used to "upgrade" an account into Stress Beta Tester. Once that done, you are now able to download the game. probably a try of scamming. You should ignore him too.

Should be just like any other code. You add it to your account and you have access. Never heard any different.
