basically want to do a modded playthrough

trying to load up

mgso 3.0
morrowind rebirth (using instructions in readme to work along mgso)
db attack mod
gratuitous violence

after loading it up the first time, the data file menu seems to go blank and can no longer turn stuff on and off and game bugs out occasionally

i assume im having problems with db attack or gratuitous

anyone have experience with these?
know what i should put in place of gratuitous to make it work properly and keep working?

i dont see why db attack or gratuitous violence would conflict with mgso or morrowind rebirth.

try this if you yet havent: there came that Mlox (Morrowind>Mlox>Mlox.exe) with mgso, run it after you have installed all your mods. this might be something simple as error in load order and this would fix that.

if that doesnt work, try disabling one, then if that didn't help, disable the other and test what actually causes your problem

ye thats what i was thinkin (load order)
guess ill just have to play around with it some more
really want this setup to work

also is gratuitous violence one of the better combat mods?
any one have another one they like better?

Did you try Mlox?

As for combat mod: I dont know.. I dont use anything but morrowind overhaul 3.0 so cant suggest any
