did they patach the level 100 speech method for the console xbox skyrim?

the one in riften where you sit there and keep trying the same response over and over and u get a level everytime.

because I decided to mod the console version and play it again on legendary difficulty. but I went there and after the first time trying that response it disappeared. idk what to do.

You can try finding a skill trainer NPC, buying the skill to be leveled up and then pickpocketing your gold back.

Acitivating theif stone increases the rate speach is leveled up.

Find a npc with a dialogue option to persuade and repeat the dialogue over and over.

Lastly, the more valuable items you find the more experience goes towards your speach when you sell the item.

If I have a amulet that adds 15 speechcraft does that increase the rate it levels up?

No it will not add an increased rate at which it levels but instead add 15 points to your speach skill. So if speech is at 30 and you wear the amulet it will be 45 and so on.

Lastly, the method I mentioned earlier regarding the infinite loop of dialogue options has been patched as of 1.9
