So basically I got messing around and I went to an inn and started to kill everyone in vampire form. Then out of nowhere a large heavy armored demon looking guy with black and red armor came in and one hits me. Ive tried looking it up and i cant really find anything on it, has anyone have this happen?

i've heard about some balance shit that if you use too much console commands some random dude will come and kill you. i've never seen this myself, just read about it
