If that's your deal breaker, well, uhm, well, alright.

I don't think it's a stupid thing to have as a deal breaker. First person has become pretty integral to TES, I have never played one in 3rd person myself. Also, it would definitely be original, and a great idea. I can't think of any MMOs that play from 1st person.

I switch it up all the time.

If I'm walking around I go third person.
If I'm in open combat I go third person
If I sneak/sneak attack I'm in first
If I'm in tight combat I go first
If I'm using my bow I go first
Etc, etc

Point missed. It wasn't about if/when you switch back and forth. The point is, it's something that TES is known for. It'd honesty just be another generic MMO(which it kinda is already shaping up to be based on the things I've seen anyways), it could really use something like 1st person view to actually set it apart, AND mark it as a game in TES series.

If view point is honestly your deal breaker.

Yes tes online will have 1st person

Even if it is just another MMO, it is still continuing the TES series. When I play a new one, I enjoy the story and world more than the gameplay the first time around.
