I've completed all quests in these factions:

Mage Guild
Dark Brotherhood
Thieves Guild
Warriors Guild

Left to complete:

Main quest
Shivering Isles
Knights of the Nine

Level 28, Wood Elf and I'm trying to get all my stats/skills to 100. I enjoy using magic, archery, and blade depending on the situation.

Atm, I'm trying to get enough mana to be able to cast higher level skills and conjure higher level help.

I've heard that archery gets near useless at higher level, so I guess I'll be depending on everything in long drawn out battles.

1.) Has anyone tried 100% chameleon? or 100% spell absorb/dmg reflect?

2.) What would be my best bet at surviving at the near end-game broken mechanics?

3.) How should I enchant my armor to help? What stats/skills? What sigil stones should I be after?

I'm currently closing oblivion gates before I head after the main story line quest.

What's shivering isles like?

1) 100% chameleon breaks the game. You will be able to kill anything without the enemy fighting back. 100% spell absorb/dmg reflect will make combat boring, but it is effective.

2) Make sure you have 75 armor rating. Fire resistance must be high, other resistances med/high. Try using alchemy to make poisons and/or strong restore pots.

3) Reflect damage. A little bit of chameleon. Elemental shields. Depends on your gear actually.

Shivering Isles is what you can expect of a "larger" DLC. A new exciting questline and landmass to explore :) I like Knights of the Nine DLC the most, though.
