Man, you can have all sorts of fun with that graphics card!
I'd suggest you should make an user on the Skyrim Nexus.
Then you should first of all download the mod manager:
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/modmanager/That will let you install mods almost automatically, while not risking anything, since you can just uninstall it afterwards.
My personal graphics mod list:
Skyrim 2K - Texture pack for most things in the game.
A quality world map - Speaks for itself.
amidianborn Book of Silence - Most detailed armor graphics in ANY game.
Bellyaches Animal and Creature pack - Only major creature texture pack.
Bejamin318s realistic rock textures 8k - 8x full HD rock and mountain textures. Try to find a pixel.
Better circlets HQ
Cloaks of Skyrim - Adds cloaks to the cold Skyrim.
High Quality LODs - Makes you able to see as far as the games corners.
Lush grass - Great retexture of grass
Lush trees - ^^
Skyrim distant detail - The same as high quality lods, but adds a few other stuff that LODs don't.
Visible windows - HQ windows with light, so it seems people actually live in houses!!!
Last, an ENB. Search for ENB in the Nexus site, and find anything you like. It is a matter of taste, only.
Do not even ask if you can run it, because I can run everything but the ENB with my GTX260 (FXAA only, no AA no AF on 1680x1050).
You will be able to smack the FXAA + 8x AA + 16x AF with 60 fps stable, as long as you have the drivers updated + the latest Skyrim patch.
Remember to enable Ambient Occlusion in the Nvidia control panel (I suggest you do that with EVERY program on the computer, it makes a subtle, but great change to lighting in everything).
Hope you can use this
