Just got into the game. For pc I got shield lmb and power lmbutton. How use both same time? Simple task of reassigning hotkeys?

I don't understand your question? You want to assign two things to your left mouse button at the same time? You can't do that...

Which "powers" are you talkinga bout?

your powers and shield shouldn't be on same button, if you mean spells, well I don't remember actually but I'm pretty sure you can use spells and a shield at the same time, just assign them to different hands.

To use spell + shield assign spell to left click shield to right click

If you mean powers as in shouts... Shouts use 'Z' so you can use them no matter what you're using
