How should i set my bowa up at best? what race and so on.

sneak and marksman is all you need. race doesnt matter at all in skyrim so you can be orc or wood elf or any other.

I think Woodelves start with 25 or 30 Bow. They might be the easier class because they start out with more damage, but like everybody else said race really doesn't matter.

I have a level 53 Destruction Orc & a 51 Bow Wood elf
