What are the best venders for getting stuff like ebony ingots and/or heavy armors and stuff

vendors/item you find are based on char level just like in d2. if your lvl 1 you will only find gold/quilt armor off of rakinishu on hell mode

dawnstar i guess but dont expect anything that great early game. Try the Whiterun under the map chest found a ebony bow at lvl 1 chances of this are rare

just play for a little while, get your smithing up etc. and make your own stuff. theres a mine near winterhold with 48 ebony/48 hrs easy to mine all that and is 24 bars a day. google for that skyrim wiki and search for stuff you want works better than jsp :P

Go to the ebony ore mine, you will walk out with like 40-45 ebony ore pieces...
