I heard you get expert spells from enthir at the collage and someone else at the collage but whenever I go there he dont sell the spells.
I went through the whole collage everywhere and no one sells expert spells.
Im an archmage (meaning I've done all the collage quests).
Any help please, I'm level 76 almost 77 destruction.
